Personally, I have found it to be a very useful tool to find patterns in my own life such as explaining repeating hardships, cycles of growth, etc. But where I have found it most helpful is using it to reflect and contemplate my decisions. I also like to use it to give myself permission to rest or take it slower when aspects of planets are being said to be adding an extra level of difficulty to our planet. Sometimes that explanation is what my brain needs for “evidence” to rest from feelings of burn out and not beating myself up for not being able to push through. The science I like to credit to it are how I use it to test my own hypothesis' and run my own experiments. Isn’t that a big part of science? Testing it? And with others also using it and gathering data to document and share, I do think that’s why so many tent to believe, trust, and call it science.

I understand the pseudoscience claims and I don’t like to use it for predicting the future on a personal level. Especially on a daily or weekly basis. If there is a prediction that the upcoming week will be filled with hardships, I wasn’t avoiding them they were just amplified. This caused me quite a lot of anxiety and distress around my own abilities to choose something different. However, after a particularly difficult week or month, I love going back to see if there is a correlation. There always is. While I can appreciate that it’s not the cause, it’s comforting to me to be able to share the burden of difficulty with the stars and planetary energies to explain it all. And this is why I have adopted more as a tool to go along side other practical coping and life skills to help me navigate my life.
